Return and Refund Policy

 

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which ZIDHI (“we”, “our”, “us”) accepts returns, processes refunds, and handles customer claims. By purchasing from www.zidhi.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.

You are solely responsible for ensuring this Policy’s compliance with applicable laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the custom-made, handcrafted, and personalized nature of many ZIDHI products, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds.

However, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged,
  • The product is defective,
  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item, size, or variation).

Returns for reasons such as preference, color variation, or sizing issues are not accepted unless the error is ours.

2. Time Frame for Returns

Eligible returns must be reported within:

⏳ 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may be declined.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must:

  • Be unused,
  • Be in its original condition,
  • Have all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact,
  • Not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

ZIDHI reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Valid Reasons for Return

A return request is valid only if:

  • The product arrived damaged in transit
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong product was shipped

Customers must provide clear photographic evidence and an unboxing video for verification.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Email us at support@zidhi.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Contact number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the product
    • Mandatory unboxing video as proof

  1. Await return approval before sending any product back.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.

6. Return Shipping Process

If the return request is approved:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup through our courier partners or
  • Direct the customer to ship the product to a specified return address

Return shipping charges:

  • Are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Replacement Policy

If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item:

  • A replacement will be issued for the same product or variant (subject to availability).
  • If a replacement is not possible, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.

8. Refund Process

Refunds are offered only in cases where:

  • Replacement is not possible
  • The return was approved due to a verified error from our side

Refund timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment gateway, or external processing systems.

9. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order products
  • Handcrafted or personalized items
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
  • Items altered by the customer after delivery
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage

10. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are:

  • Confirmed,
  • Processed, or
  • Sent for production.

Custom-made products move into production immediately and are therefore non-cancellable.

11. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the order fails to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer:

  • No return, refund, or replacement will be issued.
  • Re-shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
